Action Upon Receipt of DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To do so, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any court located within the United States.
  • An electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question.

Zoroto.app reserves the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
